Role Title: Digital Training and Onboarding Support Intern

Internship Period: Summer (November - December)
Location: Joondalup
Support the development of interactive online training modules using Articulate Rise and assist in finalising a comprehensive onboarding package for new staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review existing training content and identify components for digital conversion.
• Use Articulate Rise to build engaging, interactive modules incorporating multimedia elements such as videos, quizzes, and simulations.
• Collaborate with the Training Coordinator and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.
• Assist in refining and packaging onboarding materials for new staff, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve training effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation of development processes and provide progress updates.
Learning Outcomes:
• Hands-on experience in instructional design and digital content creation.
• Exposure to project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribution to meaningful training resources that support staff development
