Role Title: Digital Asset & Information Management Intern
Organisation: Youth Affairs Council of WA (YACWA)
Internship Period: Summer (November - December)
Location: Perth
The Digital Asset & Information Management Intern will support YACWA to improve how we organise and access our digital resources. The intern will help develop a central stock image bank, drawing together photos from past events and workshops into clearly labelled categories that can be easily accessed for social media tiles, publications, event promotion.
They will also explore file naming conventions and structures across YACWA’s SharePoint system, identifying examples of good practice and making recommendations for more consistent and efficient organisation.
Throughout the internship, the intern will primarily work with YACWA’s digital communications, events and administration team.
