Role Description

The objective of this project is to review a few key People and Culture policies and procedures, including but not limited to Recruitment and Selection, Anti-Bullying, Discrimination, and Harassment, Grievance Management, Leave Policy. The reviews involve cross-checking the current practice with the Business Partners and other LGs, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and best practice. The review will also include analysing current policies to attain if any key policies are missing and providing recommendations and/or draft policies.

The City is made up of four wards – Melvista, Hollywood, Dalkeith and Coastal.
