Role Description

At DoT we are always looking at ways we can improve Customer Service. In this project, the intern will undertake research on customer behaviours at our Licensing Centres (what transactions, why, who, how often, et cetera.) and provide a customer behaviour analysis and recommendations that can used to refine and improve DoT’s customer experience.
