We would like our students and their families to have a greater understanding of the importance of sustainability in terms of carbon footprint and ecologically sound sustainable practices and that these practices are reflected in school practices and supported by our students’ families at home. The intern will research sustainable practices suitable for a school environment, develop and implement a variety of sustainable strategies inclusive of a school community garden.
