Mentoring Program participants reflect on the year so far

15 July, 2021

2021 mentors and mentees recently attended a morning tea event to network and reflect on the year so far.

The McCusker Centre for Citizenship Mentoring Program matches students who want to grow as active citizens and community-engaged leaders with professionals from the not-for-profit, corporate, and government sectors who have demonstrated experience and leadership in actively contributing to their communities.

This year we have six industry mentors generously contributing their time towards our Mentoring Program: Tricia Murray, CEO of Wanslea; Juan Larranaga, Policy and Portfolio Manager - Minderoo Foundation; Helen Creed, REED - Board Chair; Joe Calleja, Founder/Leader of Recovery Matters; Candy Choo, CEO of Local Government Professionals; and Francis Lynch, CEO of Solaris.

These industry leaders are guiding our six 2021 student mentees: Amy Harris, Ilora Barman, Natalie Fretton, Quin Lin, Racheline Tantular and Ruby Wang.
