Through the fellowship, you’ll actively contribute to projects that make a difference to the lives of local families and communities through sustainable business models and environmental solutions to real-world problems.

This fellowship is perfect for you if you’re interested in tackling complex challenges in a way that empowers women, helps ends poverty and creates access to clean energy; you’re curious about social enterprise models and the development sector; and you want to meet like-minded people and expand your professional network.

Program structure
You’ll become a part of Pollinate Group, gain a practical understanding of the entrepreneurial approach to community development, an appreciation for involving the end user in design and change, and tools to help you initiate and lead game changing ideas in your studies and future.

The program involves 3-4 weeks at Pollinate offices, including time interacting with our customers and women entrepreneurs to understand their challenges and needs.
