Role Title: Junior Support Intern - Digital Content Intern
Organisation: Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS)
Internship Period: Semester 1 (February - May)
Location: Cannington
Within the Service Delivery Division - Licensing Directorate, the intern will be assisting the Project Manager with a review and redesign of all public facing licensing-related information, including application forms and website content. Also, the development of additional multi-media items to support the customer experience, such as short 'how to' videos, Frequently Asked Questions, and innovative guides and assessment tools regarding the licensing process. The intern will liaise with key industry stakeholders including occupational associations and unions, licensing decision-makers, as well as internal processing officers and managers.
