Role Description

Working in the People and Culture Division, the intern will be assisting with our Talent Management Project reviewing and preparing documents, processes, guidelines, and procedures.
This project supports the new Public Sector Commission (PSC) approach intended change recruitment practices across all Agencies. This marks the beginning of a review aimed at transforming the HR Recruitment team (HRT) into a Talent Management Team (TMT). The transition will involve shifting from a transactional recruitment model to a strategic, business-integrated approach that proactively attracts, engages, and retains top talent, with an aim to be industry leaders in Public Sector Recruitment. Communities are required to identify a new candidate management system for implementation by 1 July 2027. Therefore, this project will be separated into three work packages, Systems, Legislation and Ways of Working
