Role Description

1. Position Purpose
The intern position will provide administrative, digital media/instructional design, and project support for the Organisational Development (Corporate Training) team. The role is designed to support increased workload demands while offering the intern a practical workplace experience aligned with their studies. Key Responsibilities The intern will contribute to a range of activities, including: Course Development & Instructional Design • Assist in the design and development of new training courses. • Support the creation and update of course materials in platforms such as Articulate Rise. • Contribute to instructional design activities, including drafting content and learning materials. Project Support • Support initiatives related to Corporate Training programs. Administrative Support • Provide administrative support for the learning management system (LMS) Corporate Development Hub. • Assist with course scheduling, coordination, and reporting activities. • Respond to user enquiries under guidance. Digital Content & Media Development • Create course-related visual media, including graphics and learning assets. • Assist in the development of instructional videos and multimedia resources. Reporting & Data Support • Contribute to the development of reporting tools to support management decision-making. • Assist with data collection and preparation of performance reports.
