Role Title: Promotional and Training Video Creation Intern

Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: Bibra Lake
The intern will join WA Wildlife’s Education and Communications team to support the creation of video content that promotes our wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, education and conservation programs.
Key projects will include:
• Educational Tours Promotion Video – Showcasing the unique behind-the-scenes experience of WA Wildlife’s guided tours, including the wildlife hospital, resident wildlife ambassadors and educational programs.
• Fundraising Video – Creating a compelling story that demonstrates how community support helps fund the rescue, treatment and rehabilitation of native wildlife.
• Volunteer Appreciation Video – Producing an end-of-year thank you video recognising the valuable contribution volunteers make across the organisation.
• Training and Educational Resources – Assisting with the creation of internal training videos and educational resources for staff and volunteers.
The intern will work closely with our Education and Wildlife Rescue Manager, wildlife hospital staff, education team members and volunteers to gather footage, conduct interviews and develop engaging content.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for content creation, digital storytelling and wildlife conservation who wants to apply their creative skills to projects that directly support animal welfare and community education.
