Role Description

Kids Are Kids! is a not-for-profit allied health organisation providing services to children and families across Western Australia. We have recently reviewed and updated a comprehensive orientation program for new staff, including onboarding modules, policies, procedures, clinical training resources and supervision supports.
We are seeking a student to review our current orientation process and work with staff to design a more accessible, user-friendly onboarding experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. The project will focus on understanding the experience of new staff members, identifying opportunities to improve navigation and accessibility of resources, and creating a digital orientation hub that supports staff during their first months at Kids Are Kids!. The successful student will work alongside clinical and operational leaders to streamline orientation resources and develop a sustainable onboarding platform that can be maintained and expanded over time.
