Role Title: ICT Business Analyst Intern – CRM Systems Consolidation
Organisation: Indigo Junction
Internship Period: Summer (November - December)
Location: Midland
This internship supports Indigo Junction's ICT team on a strategic project to review our current client/case management systems and assess whether they can be consolidated into a single platform. Indigo Junction currently operates multiple separate systems across its service areas, some with overlapping functions, which leads to duplication of information, inconsistent processes, and missed opportunities for improvement.
The ICT Manager will lead the initial process mapping across service areas. The intern will support this work by sense-checking the mapped processes with staff, helping identify gaps or inconsistencies, and assisting with parts of the detailed business and data requirements analysis. This may include supporting requirements-gathering discussions, documentation, and research into potential CRM/CMS options, feeding into a set of recommendations to senior leadership on the future direction of case management systems across the organisation.
The intern will primarily interact with the ICT Manager, program/service managers and, id necessary, frontline staff during requirements gathering sessions, contributing to a foundational piece of work that will shape a significant future ICT investment for the organisation.
