Role Description

Within the Cross Sector Triage Team, embedded within the Racing, Gaming and Liquor Division, you will be involved in a number of projects including:
- Mapping existing processes to identify streamlining opportunities; - Enhance the reporting and transparency capacity of the RGL team; and - Review existing internal and external documents with the goal of improving our customer's experience when interacting with the Department.
