Role Description

This internship offers a law student the opportunity to contribute to improving and streamlining our Criminal Injuries Compensation (CIC) processes for both lawyers and clients. Working closely with the Principal Solicitor, the intern will assist with reviewing workflows, enhancing client communication pathways, and supporting the preparation of CIC documentation. The role also includes dedicated time to shadow active CIC matters, providing valuable exposure to real‑world practice, client interactions, and the end‑to‑end compensation process. This position is ideal for a student seeking hands‑on experience in legal operations, victim compensation work, and practical insights into a busy legal practice.
This role will be supervised by a Solicitor.
