Role Title: Fundraising Intern

Internship Period: Semester 1 (February - May)
Location: Northbridge
This role is an internship working across multiple aspects of Centre for Stories. You will work with the CEO/Creative Director and the General Manager to plan a mid-year fundraising event. This will be an at scale community event for 300+ people oriented around a literary quiz. An awareness of non-profits, diversity, literature, comms will be useful. It will also suit an organised team player who enjoys independence and wants to stay involved in community and artistic work.
Founded in 2015 by John and Caroline Wood, the Centre for Stories is an inclusive literary and cultural organisation that uses storytelling to inspire, empower, and connect. Focused on cultural diversity, we support underrepresented storytellers and writers in Western Australia, fostering skills, confidence, and social change through shared stories.
