Role Description

The Aboriginal Outcomes Division is developing an Aboriginal Workforce Strategy (the Strategy) for the Department of Communities. One of the actions included in the strategy is – ‘Acknowledge the impacts of cultural load and dual responsibilities for Aboriginal employees and investigate strategies to better recognise and support the Aboriginal workforce in Communities’. The intern will provide support to the team by conducting research on this matter, alongside a literature review, across government review and legislation and award impacts.
