Role Title: Publication and Communications Intern 2

The publication and communications Intern will play a key role in supporting our community outreach initiative Reducing Stigma for Children and Young People experiencing Neurofibromatosis.
The intern will build on previous research done on this topic and will assist with the four main projects by helping to move the information into next stage of publication and communications (social media, outreach, events etc). The intern will need to help plan this step and execute the plan.
The intern will also support the planning and execution of a community engagement event, including logistical support and promotional activities.
* Our mission is to provide support, information and assistance to persons and their relatives suffering from or concerned with Neurofibromatosis.
* To increase education and awareness in both the public and professional arena
* Promote research into the cause and prevention of Neurofibromatosis and methods of alleviating its effects.
