Role Title: Project Intern Training - Leadership Development

Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: West Perth, Australia
As Project Intern Training - Leadership Development at Southern Ports you will work with the Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) team to develop, design, and deliver a leadership development program to be rolled out, organisation-wide.
The primary activities of this role include:
1) Conduct a training needs analysis to identify the specific leadership development requirements for different groups within the organisation
2) Map the results of training needs analysis to the leadership framework that is being adopted and help create an integrated model for what leadership development will look like at Southern Ports in the future.
3) Support the creation of an organisation-wide, multi-year, multi-stream leadership development program
4) Develop leadership training sessions and associated resources.
Southern Ports manages the three southern WA ports of Albany, Bunbury and Esperance, facilitating more than 35 million tonnes of trade.
