As an intern, you’ll play a key role in our digital transformation project by converting paper-based forms into online SharePoint forms that trigger automated workflows. Your work will involve analysing current processes, designing user-friendly forms, and creating clear “How-To” guides for staff. You’ll collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure the new system meets organisational needs, improves efficiency, and is easy for everyone to use. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SharePoint development, workflow automation, and process improvement while contributing to a meaningful project.
