Role Title: HR Information Systems Project Intern: ShiftCare Implementation

Role Description

The intern will support the ShiftCare Implementation Project by assisting with administrative and systems-focused tasks across multiple business areas. The project involves transitioning from SupportAbility to ShiftCare, with key project work sitting across People Systems, Service Delivery and NDIS.
The intern will primarily support tasks such as data downloads and uploads, data checking and validation, reviewing records for accuracy, supporting project documentation, and assisting with other implementation activities. The role will involve working with project team members and business representatives across People Systems, Service Delivery and NDIS. This opportunity would suit someone who is systems-minded, comfortable working with data, flexible with tasks, and interested in gaining practical experience in system implementation, data quality and project support.
