Role Description

Vinnies Emergency Relief service supports vulnerable Western Australians with basic essentials such as food, bills, clothing and emotional support. State-wide, Vinnies helps up to 53,000 people each year.
Vinnies Support Centre in Joondalup is one of the busy place based service centres which provides face to face support in the form of emergency relief and financial counselling. as a busy hub located in the northern corridor, we are continually developing this service and looking at ways to provide further value to our clients and the community. recently, the centre has been set up with a computer, printer and a desk for clients to access. the aim of this project is to implement a program that has been designed by a previous intern to proactively engage clients to use the computer. this may include - developing policies for safe use -developing promotional materials
