Role Title: HR - Employment Agreement

This role will work closely with the Executive Shared Services. The role will be responsible for supporting key activities related to staff agreement review and compliance. In this role, the intern will assist in mapping and documenting the end-to-end Staff Agreement Renegotiation process, ensuring clear and structured workflows. They will contribute to the analysis of the current Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) against SCHADS Award and National Employment Standards (NES) requirements to identify potential gaps, risks, and areas requiring improvement. The intern will also support research into relevant legislative and award obligations impacting HM, and help develop draft templates, tools, and internal communications to support the renegotiation process.
Additionally, the role involves providing administrative and analytical support for the Better Off Overall Test (BOOT), ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the assessment process.
