Role Title: Intranet Designer
Organisation: Hello Initiative
Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: Victoria Park
The intern will be working directly with Hello Initiative's leadership team to scope, design and build an intranet for the organisation using Google Workspace. This is an end-to-end project with ownership from refining use cases and information architecture through to building and documenting the final solution.
Day-to-day, the intern will be engaging with staff and volunteers across the organisation to understand how we work and what we need, then translating that into a practical, well-designed internal platform. The work draws on skills in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, systems thinking, and project management, making it a great fit for someone interested in consulting, organisational design, or digital transformation in the not-for-profit sector.
Our mission is to improve the social and judicial outcomes for young people involved in criminal justice in Western Australia. We do this by providing support relevant to the real world.
