Role Title: Website Content Audit and Quality Review Intern

Role Description

The intern will complete a structured audit of Neuromuscular WA’s Support Hub website content and Community Services brochures and information resources. This includes reviewing pages and documents to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, consistent, and easy to understand, and checking that external links are working and still point to current, relevant information. The intern will identify outdated or duplicate content, recommend improvements, and provide a summary of suggested updates in a clear and practical format.
The intern will primarily work with the Community Services team and relevant internal stakeholders involved in member support and communications. They will also liaise with the Communications team regarding key recommended changes, in consultation with the Community Services team, to support improvements to website content and usability for our community. Key Deliverables: A complete website content audit register (e.g., spreadsheet) listing pages/resources reviewed, issues identified, and recommended actions A broken links check report (including external links) with updated links or suggested replacements A list of outdated content identified, with suggested updated wording or sources where relevant A short summary report outlining key findings, priority improvements, and quick wins Recommendations for content consistency improvements (tone, clarity, formatting, and duplication across resources) A proposed update priority list (urgent / medium / low)
