Quality Improvement Project - Feedback and Complaints

Role Title: Quality Improvement Project - Feedback and Complaints

Organisation: EverAbility Group

Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)

Location: Victoria Park

Role Description

EverAbility is a community based disability services provider who has recently transitioned our data storage from local servers to Sharepoint. The current process for capturing and evaluating feedback is highly manual.
This role involves the intern providing technical skill and support utilising the tools available in the the Microsoft suite (or other available tools) to contribute to the development of a new organisational approach to feedback management. The intern will work closely with the Corporate and Clinical Governance Managers to ensure quality and compliance measures are met for both internal and external requirements. They will assist in exploring options, provide recommendations and contribute to the development of a tool that enables a consistent method of capturing and recording data related to feedback. The objective of the project is progress towards automated reporting to maximise the opportunity for Operational and Executive Managers to analyse data relating to feedback and complaints that will contribute to continuous improvement and quality of services, rather than spend time collating the data manually.
