Role Description

The Digital Records & Insights Intern will support our organisation’s transition from paper-based records to a fully digital information system. Working closely with staff, the intern will digitise hard‑copy documents and upload them into our online database with accuracy and care. They will review and summarise key information contained in case file notes, Wills, Trust Deeds and other client-related documents to ensure essential details are captured clearly and consistently.
The intern will also assist in analysing client and service data to help identify trends and support forecasting of future client service needs. This may include producing brief reports or visual summaries that contribute to decision‑making within the organisation. Throughout the placement, the intern will gain exposure to practical aspects of estates, trusts and client file management, while contributing to improved information management practices and service design. This role is ideal for someone interested in data analysis, digital systems, and meaningful behind‑the‑scenes work that directly enhances client outcomes.
