Role Description

Join the Neuromuscular WA team to help deliver Carols at Scarborough 2026, a free community event celebrating the spirit of Christmas at the Scarborough Beach Amphitheatre. You'll get hands-on experience across the full event planning cycle, working closely with our event manager and supporting staff across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include: Recruiting, rostering and coordinating event volunteers, and being a point of contact for them in the lead-up and on the day Helping prepare event applications and permits, including supporting documents for local council and other stakeholders Updating and maintaining event documents, checklists and planning trackers Helping develop and revise site plans Building the event runsheet and schedule for the day Providing on-the-ground support during the event You'll work mainly with the Neuromuscular WA fundraising/event team, our volunteers and external partners such as suppliers, performers and council contacts. This role suits someone interested in event management, community engagement or the not-for-profit sector who has good organisational skills and working with people.
