Role Title: Research Contract Review Intern

Internship Period: Semester 1 (February - May)
Location: Crawley
This internship provides hands-on experience supporting research contract review and negotiation processes. The intern will undertake targeted research into key contractual clauses commonly negotiated in research agreements, building an understanding of legal, commercial, and risk considerations within a research context.
In addition, the intern will contribute to the design of a formalised risk matrix for research contracts and gain exposure to real-world contract negotiations by attending relevant meetings. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop analytical, research, and stakeholder engagement skills in a professional research and governance environment.
