Role Title: HR Intern
Organisation: Calm and Connected
Internship Period: Winter (June - July)
Location: Piara Waters
The intern will be responsible for:
-Review Calm and Connected’s Human Resources and Finance policies
-Develop an Employee Values Proposition
-Develop an Employee Value Proposition
-Review current supervision process- meets AHPRA, OTA standards etc
-Review current process of performance review
-Create a clear Performance Development Plan which includes Job Roles, key indicators, set timelines to support a Performance Review and Promotion Review.
-Reviewing Policy and Procedures and develop a "play book" -Google Site, Google Form
-Staff onboarding process
-Milestone review as a google form
