Role Title: Environmental Strategy Intern

The intern will support the City of Gosnells Environment team by undertaking a comparative review of environmental strategies across Western Australia and nationally. The role will focus on identifying best practice approaches, emerging trends, and priority actions that can inform the development of the City of Gosnells Environmental Strategy.
The intern will research and assess leading local government environmental strategies from Western Australia and interstate, and analyse how these approaches could be adapted to the Gosnells. The role will primarily interact with the Environment team and may involve collaboration with other City departments. The intern’s work will directly guide strategic decision-making and future environmental planning for the City.
