Role Title: Talent Acquisition Transformation & Candidate Management System Implementation Project Intern (People & Culture)

The intern will support the Talent Acquisition Transformation and implementation of the new Candidate Management System (CMS) within the People & Culture Division. Working alongside the Recruitment Reform Project team, the intern will contribute to initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience, streamlining workflows, and supporting workforce planning activities. The role will provide hands-on exposure to contemporary HR practices, recruitment technology, process improvement, reporting, change management, and workforce data analysis using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Forms.
