Role Title: WHS Digital Communications and Site Improvement Support

Purpose of the Role
The Summer Intern will help improve how information and follow-up tasks are managed across Bethanie Aged Care Homes, Villages, Properties, Social Centres and Build Projects.
The intern will help organise outstanding tasks, improve Teams channels, prepare information for the intranet, and create simple digital tools that are easy for site teams to use.
Main Tasks
1. Organise Follow-Up Tasks
Bring agreed follow-up tasks into one central tracker.
Record who is responsible for each task and when it is due.
Update the tracker as work progresses.
Follow up on selected tasks when asked.
Let the WHS Consultant know about overdue, unclear or unassigned tasks.
Prepare short progress updates when required.
2. Improve Teams Channels
Review how the current Teams channels are organised.
Tidy up folders, files, links and resources.
Identify old or duplicate information.
Use clear and consistent names for folders and documents.
Help staff find important information more easily.
Create a short guide showing staff where to save and find information.
3. Help Set Up Intranet Information
Gather approved information for the intranet.
Help organise the information into clear sections.
Draft or upload approved content.
Check that links and documents are current.
Identify old or missing information.
Record who will be responsible for keeping the information updated.
4. Create Simple Digital Tools
