Role Title: Data Systems Intern – Volunteer and Community Relationship Management (CRM) Implementation

Befriend is implementing a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to strengthen how we manage relationships with volunteers and community members. Working with the Community Building team, the intern will support the implementation of the new system by helping prepare and migrate data, develop consistent data management practices, consult with staff to understand their needs, document workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and create onboarding resources to support staff adoption. This role offers hands-on experience in systems implementation, process improvement, stakeholder consultation and organisational change within a community-focused not-for-profit.
