Role Title: Digital Transformation Data Analyst

Internship Period: Summer (November - December)
Location: Mount Claremont
1. Current-State Assessment: Technology, systems, processes, data flows, reporting, risks and key capability gaps.
2. Future-State Design: A proportionate future digital, data and information environment appropriate for the organisation.
3. Productivity & Experience Opportunities: Identification and prioritisation of opportunities to improve efficiency, organisational capacity and client/staff experience.
4. Data & Outcomes Framework: Recommended data, KPIs, information flows and foundations for improved service and client-outcomes reporting.
5. Cybersecurity, Privacy & AI Considerations: Identification of significant risks, design requirements, areas requiring specialist advice and principles for responsible human-led AI.
6. Practical Prototype or Improvement: At least one working prototype or implemented improvement where technically and operationally feasible within the internship.
7. Digital Transformation Blueprint & Roadmap: A prioritised and staged pathway from current to future state.
8. Knowledge Transfer: Documentation and practical guidance enabling the organisation to understand, maintain and continue developing the work.
The ADHD WA mission is to provide support, advocacy and expert information to members, adults, families and people affected by ADHD and related conditions, to advocate on their behalf and to work collaboratively with others to ensure availability of services.
ADHD WA is focused raising ADHD awareness and informing people of what ADHD really is and how it can impact the lives of those affected by it. The team strongly believes that the more people will receive proven, evidenced-based information, the easier it will be to reduce the stigma surrounding ADHD and increase the life quality of ADHD community.
