Role Title: Project Intern - CRM and Finance Integration

The intern will support the integration of CRM processes with finance systems as part of a cross‑department improvement project. He will assist with data mapping, process documentation, testing system changes, and preparing user guidance. The role involves working closely with the CRM team, Finance team, and the Project Lead, as well as engaging with staff across operational areas to understand workflows and gather feedback. This internship offers hands‑on experience in system integration, project coordination, and business process improvement.
Legal Aid WA is the public face of the Legal Aid Commission of Western Australia. We are the largest provider of legal aid services in Western Australia, with around 300 lawyers and support staff in 9 offices covering Perth and regional WA. Legal Aid WA aims to promote access to legal services and information for all West Australians.
