Role Title: Evaluation Intern: Street Meet 'n' Greet Program

Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: Victoria Park
The intern will lead an evaluation of the Town of Victoria Park’s Street Meet n Greet program, delivered by the Events, Arts & Funding team within Community Planning unit.
What will the intern do:
• The Evaluation Intern will first receive training in evaluation planning and evaluation methodologies. This will equip them with the skills needed to develop a structured evaluation plan using a provided template.
• They will then attend several “Street Meet n Greet” events across the Town of Victoria Park, engaging directly with residents through interviews, while capturing some audio visuals.
• The Evaluation Intern will also gather data through surveys and focus groups.
• They will also supplement the evaluation report with desk research.
• Finally, they will analyse and collate the data collected, producing a comprehensive evaluation report.

This internship would be well suited to students studying Sociology, Anthropology, Social Impact, Humanities, Psychology, Public Policy, Public Health, Social Work, Communications, Political Science, Urban Planning, Marketing, Business Administration or Criminology.
