Role Title: Project Intern: Service Data Dashboard and Incident Reporting Tool Development

Depending on time restraints, there are two dashboards the Centre would like created. The first, and primary focus of the project, will be the development of a Home Support dashboard that provides current and meaningful information about service delivery, workforce capacity, referrals and service providers.
Where possible, the dashboard should be designed so that staff can update the underlying information without needing advanced technical knowledge. This may involve the use of Microsoft Excel formulas, PivotTables, PivotCharts, Power Query, Power Pivot, macros or other suitable tools.
The second, if time allows, is the development of an interactive incident trends reporting tool. This tool should allow staff to import or replace a CSV report containing organisational incident data and automatically generate updated graphs, charts and trend information.
The aim is to create sustainable reporting tools that reduce manual data processing, support operational decision-making and allow staff to identify trends, risks and areas requiring attention.
