Role Description

As Policies & Procedure Development at Southern Ports you will work with the Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) team to evaluate, improve and create policies and procedures that underscore the quality assurance practices, and drive appropriate employee behaviours, in our business.
The primary activities of this role include: 1) Gap analysis and determining scope of works - completing a comprehensive review of all existing L&OD policy and procedures and comparing what we have in place against what we should have in place. 2) Create updated/new policy and procedure drafts ready for review by key stakeholders 3) Participate in stakeholder consultation on drafts and update documents based on feedback elicited during consultation. 4) Present final policy/procedures to line leader for final endorsement, before they are sent for executive approval
