Role Title: Social Impact Evaluation Intern

Help St Pat's better measure their impact!
Working within our Corporate Services team, you will use your highly developed written and quantitative and qualitative research skills to help St Pat's evaluate their overall impact as an organisation.
This project will include:
- Assessing current datasets and evaluation processes and how they relate to St Pat's existing outcomes measurement framework
- Identifying new tools and suggesting improvements to align St Pat's with best practice in conducting impact evaluations and collating quantitative and qualitative data
- Designing and conducting surveys for St Pat's clients, which includes people experiencing homelessness, residents, staff and external stakeholders
- Identifying the best ways for St Pat's to share their impact and assisting with the preparation of impact reports and other communications assets
You'll be working closely with St Pat's Communications Coordinator and engaging with a wide range of people including members of St Pat's Executive and Fundraising and Philanthropy teams, frontline workers, and people with lived and living experience of homelessness.
St Patrick’s Community Support centre provides immediate and holistic care for the homeless, those at risk of being homeless and the disadvantaged in Fremantle and the wider south west metropolitan area of Perth. Our key services include: emergency relief, housing (crisis and transitional accommodation), meals, a day centre, welfare and essential health provision. We also deliver specialist programs such as education and training, art and music, recreation, youth at risk, rough sleepers and proudly partner with other agencies across the community to achieve our goals.
Our primary aim is to promote social inclusion and self-worth and help people to return to independent living, a safe environment and a better quality of life.
