Role Title: Business Improvement Intern - Workforce Planning

The Business Improvement Intern – Workforce Planning will contribute to the development of a GP Workforce Action Plan designed to strengthen workforce sustainability and improve service delivery. This internship offers hands-on experience in project planning, research, and stakeholder engagement, while building skills in data analysis and digital project tools.
