Role Title: Learning and Development (HR) Project Intern

SensesWA is a leading not-for-profit organisation, providing disability services to the Western Australian community since 1895. At our core, we support the deafblind community, however, every day, we help children and adults with a wide range of disabilities reach their full potential.
Our People and Culture team oversee the organisation's learning and development function, and one of our first projects for 2026 will be to review and update our employee induction content and process to ensure consistency across their "first day" and their "first month" to set our expectations whilst working within the community. That's where you come in - helping us to ensure the content will communicate the correct messages for our community-based audience of employees and prospective employees.
