Role Description

The Research Intern – Organisational Development will support the Department of Premier and Cabinet’s Organisational Development team by undertaking a structured research project aligned to workforce, culture, or organisational improvement priorities. The intern will develop and implement a research plan, conduct literature reviews and support stakeholder interviews and /or focus groups, analyse and synthesise findings, and produce practical outputs such as reports, presentations, and recommendations.
The intern will work closely with the Principal Organisational Development Consultant and may engage with internal stakeholders across DPC, including subject matter experts and project teams. Where relevant, the role may also involve engagement with external partners or practitioners to inform best‑practice research and evidence‑based recommendations.
