Role Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist with collecting, organising, and analysing organisational and program data. Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate key insights and trends. Help identify opportunities for service improvement and operational efficiencies through data analysis. Assist with maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. Conduct research and analysis to support organisational planning, funding applications, and program evaluation. Support the development of performance metrics and outcome measurement frameworks. Assist in translating data findings into practical recommendations for stakeholders and management. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and evidence-based decision making processes. Phoenix Support and Advocacy Services is seeking a motivated and analytical Data Analyst Intern to support data-driven decision making, service evaluation, and operational improvement initiatives. This internship provides an opportunity for students to apply their analytical and technical skills within a purpose-driven not-for-profit environment while contributing to meaningful community outcomes. The intern will work closely with organisational leaders and staff to assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and the development of insights that support program effectiveness, stakeholder reporting, and strategic planning
