The Early Years Partnership (EYP) is a 10-year collective impact initiative between the WA State Government, and Minderoo Foundation
One in four WA children is developmentally vulnerable by the time they start full-time school
Armadale West is a pilot site for EYP, providing a unique opportunity to trial place-based, system-level change aimed at improving outcomes
for children aged 0–4.
You will be pivotal to supporting the outcomes of EYP through research, project management, engagement and delivery of outcomes to
support the community plans.
Your role will support the engagement and emergence of 6 operational “HUBS”. Working with the team to formalise codesign processes and
create a shared understanding of the models and ways they meet actions in the community plan and resources required to grow or sustain
the models.
The hubs are places where children and their families naturally congregate and through the provision of strengthened infrastructure, services
and other supports they will improve child wellbeing and school readiness.
The Department collaborates to create pathways that enable individual, family and community wellbeing. What we do has far-reaching impacts across all aspects of society. Supporting wellbeing can mean many things including ensuring children are safe, helping people access a home, or creating diverse and inclusive communities.
