Role Title: Project Intern: Staff Experience and Engagement

The intern will provide assistance to the manager in the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of staff experience and engagement initiatives across the SMHS Mental Health directorate. The role assists in driving a culture of inclusion, recognition, and continuous improvement in staff experience, aligned with the SMHS Mental Health strategic priorities.
