Role Title: HR - Team Member Wellbeing

As an intern, you will work closely with the Team Facilitator – People & Culture and the Training and Development Officer to support key team member wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
The role will involve assisting in the development of a comprehensive wellbeing plan template, aimed at promoting team member health, engagement, and overall workplace satisfaction through tailored initiatives. You will also contribute to gathering and analysing information to support the organisation’s annual wellness and engagement calendar.
