Role Description

Financial Counselling Western Australia (FCWA) is currently rebuilding and improving its SharePoint environment and broader Microsoft 365 systems to create a more effective, accessible and sustainable organisational knowledge base.
• Support FCAWA's SharePoint redevelopment and broader Microsoft 365 systems improvement project • Review and organise organisational resources, case studies and knowledge assets across SharePoint • Identify opportunities to improve document management, information architecture and knowledge sharing • Locate, catalogue and consolidate case studies into a central repository • Develop a searchable case study database and recommend consistent naming conventions • Research how financial counselling peak bodies and other community sector organisations collect, manage and use case studies • Review case study templates, systems and governance approaches used by other organisations • Identify examples of good practice and provide recommendations for FCAWA • Assist with project scoping, including identifying resource requirements, barriers, risks and implementation considerations The role offers practical experience in project planning, research, knowledge management, digital systems improvement and organisational development while contributing to a project that will deliver long-term benefits for the organisation.
