Role Title: Business/IT Analyst Intern

We are seeking a Business/IT Analyst Intern to support our CRM team with an administrative review of our CRM grants screens. In this role, you will help gather and collate user feedback, audit screen layouts, and assist with general project documentation. It’s a great opportunity for an individual with an analytical mindset to gain practical experience with enterprise CRM workflows in a supportive environment.
Legal Aid WA is the public face of the Legal Aid Commission of Western Australia. We are the largest provider of legal aid services in Western Australia, with around 300 lawyers and support staff in 9 offices covering Perth and regional WA. Legal Aid WA aims to promote access to legal services and information for all West Australians.
