To design and build high-quality Power BI dashboards that provide clear, reliable insights into our workforce, to develop a robust framework for tracking and monitoring our Gender Pay Gap in line with Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) requirements, and to support values-related work through the development of a values booklet.
